1. Digital Products
All sales of digital products (ebooks, courses, templates, etc.) are final. Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds once the product has been downloaded or accessed.
2. Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:
- You were charged multiple times for the same product
- You received a damaged or incomplete file that we couldn’t resolve within 72 hours
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund (if eligible), please contact us within 3 days of purchase with:

- Order number
- Reason for the refund
