1. Digital Products and Services Due to the nature of digital products and online services (such as consultations, downloadable guides, templates, or digital courses), we generally do not offer refunds once the purchase is completed and the digital asset has been accessed or downloaded.
- Consulting/Freelance Services: Refunds for personal branding consultations or freelance services are only applicable if the cancellation is made at least [24/48] hours before the scheduled session or project commencement. Once a service has been rendered, it is non-refundable.
2. Physical Products (If Applicable) If you purchase any physical merchandise from our site, you have [14/30] days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
